Saturday 14 October I 2:30pm-4:00pm At Black Lotus Yoga - Mill Hill History and Philosphy Workshop with: Charlie Taylor-Rugman Cost: £20 early bird How old is yoga? Who were the first yoga practitioners? What were their practices like? If you have always wanted to know more about the background to the yoga practices that you love this is the workshop for you. Drawing on the latest academic sources and from real Indian yogis, in this workshop we will examine, in a fun and engaging way, some key questions about the who, the why and the how of yoga practice.

Cancellations on Workshops less than 14 days in advanced will still be charged and no refunds will be given. Cancellations on all Teacher Training will result in a loss of £500 non refundable deposit for any reason.
