SCHEDULE Friday 6pm to 9pm Introduction to THE Rocket Saturday: 10:30-18:00 - Practice, Rocket 2, Bandhas, Breath & Alignment 10:30am - Practice Rocket 2 12:00-13:00 Lunch 13:00-15:30 Bandhas & Pranayama / Teach beginning asanas pairs 15:30-15:45 Break 15:45-17:15 Rocket 2 Breakdown of asana alignment & adjustments 17:15-17:30 Break 17:30-18:00 Q&A Sunday: 10:30 -18:00 - Rocket 3, Sequencing & Adjustments 09:30-10:30 Technique, pace / counts 10:30-12:00 Rocket 2 – Practice 12:00-13:00 Lunch 13:00-15:30 Sequences, verbal & physical adjustments 15:30-15:45 Break 15:45-17:15 Ending sequence including Savasana & adjustments 18:00 Q & A All materials and manual included. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on Workshops less than 14 days in advanced will still be charged and no refunds will be given. Cancellations on all Teacher Training will result in a loss of £500 non refundable deposit for any reason.
